When disaster strikes, we manage the re-instatement of your systems, software and data. We take responsibility for getting you up and running in the fastest possible time. This enables you and your staff to concentrate on managing your business and meeting the needs of your customers.
One phone call to our 24 hour/365 day emergency hot-line invokes the DRS that delivers:
- 24 hour response by crisis managers and IT professionals
- Replacement of damaged or lost IT equipment with equivalent new equipment which is yours to keep
- Installation, configuration, testing and hand-over by on-site technical experts
- Relocation of equipment if your premises are unsafe, unusable or inaccessible
- Removal or relocation of equipment in danger of damage or loss
- Fully equipped, conveniently located, alternative office accommodation
- Re-instatement of lost data, including losses resulting from viruses or malicious erasure
- Relocation and/or temporary equipment in the event of telecommunications or electricity failure
- Relocation and re-instatement of systems at original or replacement site - when ready it even includes the structured cabling
- Disaster recovery plan with annual updates
What disasters will DRS cover?
We respond to situations not covered by your existing IT maintenance contract:
- Loss of or damage to your IT systems due to fire, flood, theft, terrorism and other perils
- Failure of the electricity supply to the IT systems
- Failure of any telecommunication system linked to the IT systems
- Erasure, destruction, corruption or distortion of software
- Physical loss of or damage to the premises on which the IT systems are located
- Loss of access to the premises in which the IT systems are located or to the equipment itself
Typical cost
Assuming you have IT assets worth around £1,000, just £19 per month will cover:
- The cost of replacing those assets
- Temporary offices
- IT support to help you move to your emergency site, and
- IT support to help you move to your refurbished or new offices
